Lead and support industrial transformation projects from design to commissioning, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Identify performance improvement opportunities using Lean 6 Sigma methodologies: root cause analysis, process mapping, and action plan deployment
Design and implement Industry 4.0 solutions — IoT sensors, data analytics, automation — to enhance production reliability, quality, and efficiency
Master and optimize special manufacturing processes: machining, surface treatments, and advanced metrology techniques
Drive change management: train teams, facilitate knowledge transfer, and ensure sustainable adoption of new processes and digital tools
Act as a technical advisor and innovation catalyst within client organizations
