The Berlin office is a strategic hub for technical operations and international fleet management.
MISSION OBJECTIVE
The V.I.E will support the Head of Asset Management Passenger Trains in technical and strategic topics related to fleet performance, maintenance, and procurement. The role contributes directly to Akiem’s international development and operational excellence.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in technical and strategic analyses related to fleet availability, maintenance, and system reliability.
• Support planning, execution, and acceptance processes in rolling stock procurement projects.
• Research and evaluate technical solutions and innovative concepts in the railway sector.
• Aggregate and interpret technical data for management reports and decision-making.
• Contribute to the development of technical standards and internal processes.
• Act as an interface between technical departments, external partners, and manufacturers.
