QSE Officer
Based in ALTEN Belgium, Brussels
(Occasional mobility to the Netherlands and Luxembourg)
As part of the “Quality, Safety and Environment” department of ALTEN Belgium, you will be responsible for the internal quality management systems and will work closely with the Quality Manager on the following activities:
Your main tasks will be the following ones:
• ISO 9001 Management:
• Ensure compliance to ISO 9001:2015 standard
• Support on the management of external audits and certification processes
• Review and continuously improve existing processes and procedures, by communicating internally, with all departments and suppliers
• Perform process reviews, and organize management review…
• Monitor metrics and KPIs
• Owner of the QMS change management
• Manage internal audits
• Auditing processes and departments and highlighting the recommendations for improvement
• Manage risks, opportunities, and non-conformities
• ISO 14001 Implementation:
• Support on the implementation of an environmental management system and on the certification ISO 14001
• Health and Safety:
• Support the safety advisor on health and safety activities (risk analysis, management of incidents on projects…)
• ISO 27001 support:
• Support the Information security officer on the monitoring linked to data and information security
