Job Description:
Nemera has signed an exciting new contract to manufacture high quality injectors at our plant in Szczecin, Poland. The entire infrastructure of the plant is based on modern solutions, materials and machines, from the best brands in the world. The project has just started and we are putting together a project team. This position is responsible for developing, optimizing and troubleshooting injection and peripheral equipment. It includes setting up, configuring, supervising and maintaining injection molding machines in optimal operating condition and developing and optimizing injection molding processes.
Responsibilities:
• Work with the international project team to develop and implement Nemera standards
• Creating plans and schematics for new injection molding systems or upgrading existing ones
• Defining, sourcing, installing and qualifying production equipment: injection molding machines, robots, peripheral equipment (thermoregulator, dryer, color mixer...,)
• Knowledge of machine and peripheral equipment specifications
• Monitoring of equipment production, deadlines, quality and safety requirements.
• Organizing and monitoring the unloading of equipment, its installation and coordination of the team, ensuring compliance with safety rules.
• Ensuring that equipment is working properly and is regularly serviced to avoid production downtime.
• Work on innovations and improvements that can increase the efficiency, safety and quality of injection processes.
• Creating work instructions for users on the operation of machines and peripheral equipment.
• Commissioning and inspecting injection molding machines.
• Oversee the development of new products and processes.
