The site of Tuam based in Ireland belongs to BRAIN Division. We are looking for a VIE Supplier Development & Industrialization Engineer for 12 months within the team.
Your challenges?
-You will support the integration and qualification of suppliers, particularly for camera housing suppliers.
-You will assist in the selection of new suppliers through market research, evaluations, and comparative performance analyses.
-You will work with the engineering department to review roadmaps and designs with suppliers in order to specify the appropriate components and services.
-You will carry out capacity checks at key suppliers to ensure they are ready for mass production.
-You will monitor supplier documentation, ensuring that all files are complete and up to date in the system.
-You will provide support in day-to-day activities and help resolve quality or delivery issues by coordinating the PQA (product quality assurance) and SRM (supplier relationship management) teams.
-You will manage supplier price updates, from validation to entry into the systems (Puma and SAP).
-You will participate in updating and managing the tooling roadmap for the V5000 site.
-You will coordinate with stakeholders on the SRM parts qualification process to ensure on-time delivery.
-You will monitor supplier performance and support regular reviews.
-You will contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement and supplier development processes
