POSITION DESCRIPTION The Junior Construction Project Manager participates in the preparation and monitoring of the construction of wind farms of group Qair in Moldova, after the final administrative permits obtain (managed by the development team) until project commissioning. He/she acts as the liaison between the local development team and the construction or support teams based in France and Romania, representing them in the country. He/she is also the local technical expert, supporting development efforts and monitoring electrical grid connection requests. The position is based in Chisinau (Republic of Moldova), with travels to project sites in Moldova and within Romania as well. At first, this mission will be borne by the V.I.E. program managed by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Business France for a 12 months period (possible + 12 additional months extension) (details & conditions : French International Young Talent Program: what is it? ). Then it could be extended through a classic long-term working contract with Qair.   MISSIONS The Junior Construction Project Manager participates in the design, preparation and contracting for wind projects, as well as monitoring the construction and commissioning of wind farms. In particular, he/she will contribute to and/or supervise the following tasks:  Act as the company representative in Moldova for construction, liaising with Qair teams across France, Moldova, and Romania, local authorities, and project partners.  Manage pre-construction activities, including budget monitoring, tendering, and contract negotiations.  Manage project execution from design to commissioning, including schedule, cost, and resource control.  Manage project documentation by preparing, coordinating and reviewing technical annexes, technical documentation, technical due diligence.  Coordinate with the Moldovan electricity grid operator for project connection, energization, and commissioning,  Implement site organization, traffic, and logistics plans to optimize construction efficiency.  Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities, supervising construction teams, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.  Implement and maintain project monitoring, reporting, and documentation systems to support informed decision-making.  Drive process improvements, standardization, and best practices across projects.
