WHAT IS A TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST AT CREAM?
- Source and proactively approach candidates across various job platforms
- Identify and select the best profiles in line with Managers’ needs
- Publish job openings on different recruitment platforms
- Receive, screen, and shortlist applications
- Conduct phone pre-screening interviews to assess candidates’ profiles and skills
- Coordinate interviews between selected candidates and Managers, and provide guidance throughout the process
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of Business Managers’ needs and the candidate pipeline
- Develop a solid understanding of technical engineering skills to improve the relevance of pre-screening interviews
Following this experience, numerous career opportunities may be offered within the Group, particularly as a Business Manager or HR Manager, in France or internationally.
