Poste et missions :
YOUR ROLE AS A COMPLIANCE ANALYST (KYC/KYT/AML)
You’ll play a key role in helping financial institutions meet regulatory expectations and safeguard their operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring regulations: Stay on top of regulatory developments in the financial sector and assess their impact.
KYC/KYT/AML analysis: Review client profiles, monitor transactions, and flag suspicious activity in accordance with legal standards.
Risk assessment and mitigation: Identify gaps, evaluate compliance risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Process improvement: Propose and deploy enhancements to compliance frameworks and internal procedures.
Internal controls & audits: Support internal audits and ensure robust compliance practices are in place.
Awareness and training: Prepare training materials, raise employee awareness, and promote compliance culture.
Bridge business and regulation: Translate complex regulatory language into actionable processes for operational teams.
