Training Academy Intern (H/F)

The Training Academy Specialist provides support in driving organizational excellence through structured learning programs for Iveco Capital employees and commercial network, through Iveco Capital Academy program. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Implementation and continuous improvement of the Academy, the internal learning program for FS employees. • Define training objectives and learning paths aligned with business strategy and competency development needs for all the brands. • Organize and deliver training sessions (in-person and virtual) in collaboration with subject matter experts and external partners. • Support the proper roll-out and maintenance of SNG (Sales next gen) training, as an active support for local Market and SME in Training material preparation. • Develop engaging training materials, documentation, and e-learning content. • Measure and report on training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback tools • Coordinate with HR and department heads to ensure training offerings meet skill development goals across the organization. • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development
