Your Missions :
-> Strategy design or refresh (3 months/year)
Frame and plan strategic initiatives at Group or brand level
Analyze internal data, client feedback, and market trends to shape options
Facilitate executive workshops to align on strategic choices
Deliver a clear, outcome-driven strategic plan with measurable OKRs
-> Strategic planning and prioritization
Lead quarterly planning sessions to translate long-term vision into 90-day execution plans
Consolidate initiatives into a single transformation OKR dashboard
-> Project delivery and governance
Serve as transformation partner for a specific strategic pillar: co-develop planning and support delivery
Coordinate monthly performance reviews and decision-making forums
Provide standardized playbooks, templates, and KPIs to enable consistent project execution and risk tracking
Offer hands-on support for critical or at-risk initiatives
Champion and embed change throughout the organization

Prepare and facilitate Group governance meetings and Executive Committee deep-dives
Conduct ongoing competitive intelligence and market analysis
