SEGE (Société Européenne de Gestion de l’Energie) is Air Liquide’s energy hub in Europe. Our team of 45 skilled professionals is responsible for developing and executing the energy strategy for Air Liquide’s European operations.
Our core missions include:
- Crafting mid to long-term energy management strategies for Air Liquide's European affiliates.
- Energy Sourcing: Securing essential energy for our operations by negotiating contracts and executing transactions on commodity markets.
- Supporting energy transition projects by sourcing long-term renewable power.
Reporting to the Energy & Business Administration lead and under the supervision of a dedicated Energy Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Lead the monthly financial closing process for our Natural Gas and CO2 portfolio, which includes consolidating over €1 billion in costs and sales.- Deliver in-depth performance analysis and reported to senior management to support strategic decision-making.- Manage and improve key processes within our energy management value chain.-Transition our current system from a spreadsheet-based to a robust, object-oriented platform, creating a foundation for a modern, business intelligence (BI) driven environment.- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing energy performance data and processes, and proposing new initiatives.
