Description
As an Engineer specialized in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) Hardware in the Loop (HIL) testing, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing advanced testing solutions for automotive systems. Working with a leading automotive manufacturer in Brussels, you will bridge the gap between mechanical, electrical, and software engineering to create robust validation environments for intelligent driver assistance technologies.
In this role you will play a key role in:
Designing, developing, and implementing HIL test benches for automotive mechatronic systems and driver assistance components, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards
Creating and executing test plans and procedures to validate complex control systems including sensors, cameras, radar, and lidar components
Developing simulation models that accurately represent physical systems and driving scenarios for real-time testing environments
Analyzing test results, documenting findings, and providing recommendations for system improvements and safety enhancements
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including software developers, mechanical engineers, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of advanced HIL testing systems
