Location: New York, NY, USA Start date: Immediate start Term of position: Up to 18 months Job description: The Investor Relations (IR) team consists of 70 professionals globally, offering dedicated private markets investment solutions to meet the needs of institutional and retail investors. The team oversees structuring and fundraising of investment vehicles in close cooperation with the Investment Teams and with the support of the Operations & Fund Management teams. This role represents a dynamic opportunity for a high-performing professional to join a growing team within the Eurazeo platform. In this position, you’ll leverage your analytical, organizational, and communication skills to drive high-stakes fundraising and investor communications initiatives across a global platform. Main responsibilities: Support senior members of the Americas IR team in managing their existing LP base, prospecting, and roadshow and conference planning Manage client pre‑meeting preparation and post‑meeting follow‑ups Participate in investor calls and investor meetings Create investor presentations and analyses to support fundraising efforts Draft investor communications, including new investment and liquidity announcements Maintain CRM and worksheets tracking team fundraising progress Conduct market intelligence on global private equity markets and alternative investments
