As Marketing Specialist Beyfortus, Vaccines VIE within our Marketing team, you’ll provide support to the Beyfortus Global Marketing Team as Beyfortus is launched in third wave countries in 2026. Main responsibilities include supporting the digital and omnichannel activities, acting as the AI champion within the team, and supporting key markets in launch activities.
Beyfortus is a first-in-class, best-in-class, long-acting antibody that provides protection against lower respiratory tract infection caused by Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) disease in infants.

Main responsibilities:
- Support organization of Global Brand Franchise Team activities (e.g. virtual and in-person meetings).
- Lead the dissemination of globally developed assets to local teams in partnership with global marketing campaign owners, finalize the asset-sharing platform, lead the Content Localization Hub (CLH) dashboard and ensure insights are shared with appropriate team members and creative agency.
- Act as the expert on the global Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform and Content Localization Hub (CLH) and liaise with agency working on asset adaptation/localization to ensure smooth localization process of global Beyfortus materials.
- Work closely with the Sanofi marketing team, omnichannel marketing team, and creative agency to ensure collaboration and implementation of digital initiatives including SMART.
- Closed Loop Marketing (CLM), and GenAI projects, produce quarterly reports, and make actionable recommendations to maximize our impact.
- Any project related to new ways of working using AI would be included (e.g., certify sales teams, encouraging interactivity during meetings, developing AI-generated imagery, etc.)
- Support the Market Leads (MLs) and Global Brand Manager (GBM) in coordination of launch activities, co-promotion, track performance and implementation of assets and materials.
- Develop a launch playbook tool for markets based on market archetype.
- Support and manage country Launch Performance Reviews and Launch Readiness Review processes.
