About the Role We are seeking a Human Resource Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you are responsible for the daily management of human resources and payroll operations, while ensuring the company’s legal and social compliance. Responsibilities • Ensure the management of employee related data (contracts, amendments, terminations, work permits, visas and immigration processes) • Prepare and process payroll data, coordinate with external payroll providers, and ensure timely submission for all Witbe entities. • Track absences, vacations, sick leaves, expense reimbursements, and transportation allowances. • Handle social security declarations, payroll taxes & statutory reporting • Maintain and update employee-related data with external organizations (occupational health services, health insurance, provident funds, etc.). • Organize training activities and ensure all related administrative and reporting requirements are completed. • Ensure compliance of HR practices with labor laws and internal company policies. • Contribute to the development and improvement of HR tools and processes. • Monitor HR indicators (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, training, etc.) and prepare HR dashboards. • Participate in cross-functional HR projects (GDPR compliance, RSE, etc.). • Support finance and administration tasks.
