Description
In a multicultural and matrix environment, you will support the coordination and follow-up of international projects related to Tier-1 Global Accounts.
You will contribute to structuring project activities, tracking progress, facilitating communication between teams, and ensuring alignment between customer requirements and internal execution standards.
Project Coordination & Follow-up
- Support the coordination of international and cross-functional projects (product launches, customer-specific initiatives, portfolio transitions)
- Assist in structuring project plans, milestones, action lists and risks
- Ensure regular follow-up of project progress with internal stakeholders
- Consolidate information from different countries and functions
- Support escalation and decision-making processes when needed
Cross-Functional & International Interface
- Work closely with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, IT and Commercial teams
- Act as a link between global account teams and local operations
- Facilitate communication and information sharing across teams and regions
- Ensure projects follow Solina governance, standards and processes
Performance, Reporting & Governance
- Track project KPIs (timelines, cost, quality, deliverables)
- Prepare dashboards, status reports and presentations
- Support the Tier-1 Global Accounts Director with analyses and summaries
- Contribute to improving project tracking tools and reporting templates
Continuous Improvement & Transformation
- Identify opportunities to improve project coordination and efficiency
- Contribute to the deployment of best practices and tools
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop project management and international business skills throughout the assignment
