Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transformation Manager (Chief of Staff) of our Canadian business to lead and support the coordination of complex transformation projects linked to the ongoing turnaround.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a hands-on approach to managing cross-functional initiatives.
The ideal candidate will work closely with regional and sub-regional teams as well as the central Strategy & Transformation team to drive business planning, deliver high-impact strategic projects and ensure Canada gets back to sustainable, profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Orchestrate Regional Transformation
ยท Define and prioritize strategic initiatives in collaboration with Country Manager and senior stakeholders.
ยท Monitor the execution of the roadmap, ensuring timely progress and resolution of key roadblocks by providing transparency, escalating select topics and providing elements to support regional LT decision making
Drive select transformation projects
ยท Potential drive selective initiatives in a more hands-on way, from diagnostic to design to implementation, working closely with regional and group leadership

Strategic Support
ยท Prepare and support country head for key meetings with group CEO and Executive teams
ยท Facilitate Canadian leadership team meetings (prioritizing topics, ensuring relevant elements for effective decision-making, etc.)
