The site of Tokyo based in Japan belongs to Valeo Service Division. We are looking for a VIE Supply Chain Key Account Analyst for 12 months within the team.
Your challenges?
-You will act as the Supply Chain Customer Expert for a defined customer portfolio, ensuring full alignment with customer rules, expectations and priorities
-You will monitor, consolidate and challenge Supply Chain performance through customer-specific KPIs (Service Rate, past dues, backorders, penalties, claims)
-You will drive cross-functional action plans to resolve deviations and secure a high level of customer satisfaction
-You will ensure data accuracy, robustness of analyses and consistency of action plans across the Valeo network
-You will build, deploy and follow the Customer Supply Chain roadmap in line with Valeo standards and tools
-You will provide analytical and data support, including forecasting, delivery performance reporting and penalty risk monitoring. You will manage customer portals and ensure reliable, timely maintenance of customer-related data and documents
-You will lead internal and external communication, including customer reviews, performance meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
