Key Missions
- Reviews and validates "closing" data to ensure it reflects the reality of the business
- Prepare & review budget (Yearly) and forecast (monthly) process (full P&L), chasing sales team and local finance, making sure figures are accurate.
- Analyze and explain variances vs budget and forecast (monthly)
- Monitor costs/OPEX and support cost control initiatives, providing clear view for top management
- Support/collaborate local finance, sales, internal controls
- Prepare & present monthly results to the top management
- Participate actively on training for local finance, sales team
- Analyzing std cost, price, OPEX, explaining variances behind
- Bonus calculations for sales team (SIP)
- Being in contact with local and regional team and top management in France
