Sales Excellence is a key pillar of the performance of Air liquide in North Europe Cluster (UK, Benelux, Nordics, Germany, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Austria, Switzerland) It structures for sales team - Tools - Processes - Trainings to bring them always at the best level of results. For that we need help to build practical content and deploy it in the different countries ; based in Dusseldorf at the head office of the zone. * Build Sales Excellence Guidelines & commercial policy (opportunities declaration, visits declarationโ€ฆ) * Write and deploy sales excellence processes like Lead to sales process , IS/OS process clarification * Build std dashboard SFDC (campaign mgt & sales performance) * Participate in deploying new features of CRM salesforce.com * Build Knowledge management tool to share the elements of sales excellence * Deploy AI features for sales teams
