Key Responsibilities
A. Technical & Application Support
âĸ End-User Resolution: Actively contribute to the follow-up and resolution of technical issues encountered by local clients, collaborating closely with end-users and the Operations team.
âĸ Project Execution: Support the Operations team in the execution of project work packages, documentation, quality assurance, and process improvements.
âĸ Training & Mentorship: Plan, manage, and deliver training sessions on our products and services to internal and external international teams, ensuring high standards of technical proficiency.
âĸ Liaison & Coordination: Act as the technical interface between all project stakeholders, ensuring the quality and compliance of activities and the smooth running of studies and installations.
B. Commercial & Market Development
âĸ Market Analysis: Leverage local data and analytical capabilities to identify and prioritize the most attractive growth opportunities at the country level.
âĸ Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with our regional partner to select the most promising short- and medium-term opportunities and establish priorities for sales actions and operational follow-up.
âĸ Content Localization: Adapt brand positioning and localize global content and messaging to maximize customer relevance and brand value. Attend local shows and congresses as a technical sales representative.
âĸ Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer satisfaction. Prepare and present comprehensive monthly reports for headquarters.
