Description
You will be part of the Employer Branding and Fresh Graduates team . You will work closely with Fresh Graduates Talent Partners and the Talent Acquisition team. You will act primarily as a project coordinator for the streamlining of the VIE program as a main focus (60-70%) and other early career programs like Collège des Ingénieurs and ALLEX Program (40 - 30%). Here below some insights on each initiative :
V.I.E Program : An international young graduate program, enables young professionals who are less than 28 and European Union nationals to work for a French company in any country of the world. Becoming part of this program means going abroad to carry out a professional assignment for up to 24 months whilst benefiting from social care coverage and an interesting salary, which depends on the host country. Today, we count more than 160 VIE worldwide.
Collège des Ingénieurs : an integrated "action-learning" MBA program including engineering and science graduates with up to 3 years’ experience from global leading universities combining management classes with consulting assignments in a company over 10 months. Today, we count more than a 100 alumni worldwide.
ALLEX Program : Air Liquide Leading EXcellence, training and development program offers a cross-functional exposure within and across business functions to provide a holistic view of the company. The program aims at integrating fresh graduates into the Group to build their leadership and business acumen.
Your main mission involves two major parts :Â
Continuous Improvement & Project Coordination :Â
Actively contribute to the optimization of the program processes, by mapping , proposing and implementing improvements,Support the team in coordinating the Management of the Optimization Project (facilitate and follow up on meetings, prepare memos and presentations)Maintain the functionality , feed, maintain and continuously improve the Program tools such as the Website/Chatbot/Power BI/Automated processes).Liaise with the Early Career community (share tools, assist with events and change management)Â
