Description
This role is a direct report of the New Product development & Commercial Governance Manager working with the various Brands in the group to develop the new product and campaigns, in collaboration with the countries’ Marketing Managers. We take care of results monitoring and planning (Strategic Business Plan, Budget and forecasts). We also further develop the business thanks to our involvement in relevant projects with the banking partner and the various internal stakeholders to improve our processes and IT tools.
Activities:
New products development:
• Product catalogue update
• Product mix follow-up
• Bring innovation and generate new ideas
• Monitor trends that indicate the need for new products
• New products development
• General support for Wholesale activity
Sales renewal project:
• Sales renewal process deployment: countries monitoring and support
• Renewal rate KPI follow-up
• Closing contracts analysis
• Renewal campaigns
Promo campaigns:
• Campaigns summary and best practice sharing
• Competitors’ benchmark - cross fertilization role
Results monitoring and reporting automation:
• General support on results monitoring
• Top Management “ad hoc” request to be handled in term of reporting and business presentation
Interaction with local teams:
• Continuous dialogue with the different countries/functions
