About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter (m/w/d) to join our onsite team in Munich. In this role, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle and work closely with hiring managers across the automotive and IT/tech sectors.
Your Responsibilities
Conduct full-cycle recruitment
Identify and attract talent through job boards and active headhunting
Screen and analyse CVs to assess candidate fit
Schedule and conduct interviews
Coordinate interview bookings and follow-up communications
Maintain accurate candidate data in our recruitment systems
