Description
Participate in drafting and analysis of all types of contracts
Advise the subsidiary departments in all areas of law in particular economic law, commercial law, competition law, pharmaceutical liability, health law, personal data protection
Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of pre-litigation and litigation actions both offensively and defensively
Participate in the preparation and drafting of training materials: develop and lead training and awareness-raising activities on legal topics related to the activities of the companies in the CEE region as well as, if applicable, subsequent risks
Provide support to operational aspects in the implementation of innovative projects throughout the CEE region
Participate in simplifying procedures and contract and/or legal documents
Take part in active legal monitoring on legal news and news regulation
