Key Responsibilities
As a Business Manager at MCA Belgium, your main responsibilities will include:
Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the engineering and technology sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
Team Management
Recruit, manage, and develop a team of consultants and engineers.
Ensure consultants are effectively deployed on projects that match their skills and career aspirations.
Provide coaching and mentoring to foster growth and professional development.
Project Oversight
Oversee the delivery of projects to ensure they meet client expectations, budgets, and deadlines.
Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies.
Strategic Contribution
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies.
Analyze market trends and provide insights to shape MCA Belgium’s services and offerings.
Represent MCA Belgium at industry events, building the company's reputation as a trusted partner.
