About the Role
Join our Human Resources team as a VIE Junior Human Resources Business Partner, supporting ~800 employees across strategic Global Rigid Packaging Solutions functions:
- Global Key Account
- Global R&D
- Global Product Management
- RPSI Finance
- RPSI Operational Excellence / Automation / Quality
You will partner closely with the HR Director and act as a key contributor to HR operations, data analytics, talent processes, C&B topics, and recruitment coordination.
What You Will Do
- Drive individual case management
Coordinate promotions, mobilities and contract adjustments with local HR and C&B.
- Support recruitment activities
Manage budgets & approvals, partner with Talent Acquisition, and take part in selection committees.
- Roll out our new global grading framework
Map employees, analyze internal equity, and support deployment.
- Own HR data & people cost tracking
Monitor hires, exits, promotions and mobilities; generate meaningful insights & reports.
- Improve HR tools & processes
Maintain org charts, update onboarding kits, and ensure data quality.
- Follow up on talent & learning actions
Follow up career plans and work with L&D on strategic training programs.
