Description
You will have the opportunity to support the LATAM Business Development team through developing and
securing incremental revenue and market share through promotion and sales of all services and
products, building and maintaining strong customer relationships with existing customers to ensure
adequate service levels and customer satisfaction, and identifying other needs and the potential for
additional business. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Work with the LATAM Team to develop the territory, account and coverage plans for existing and new
accounts.
- Develop and maintain functional knowledge of the products, services and operations offered and
actively participate in product training sessions.
- Interact regularly with local management and develop close and cooperative working relationship with
operational staff to ensure the customer's needs are met.
- Work cooperatively with other sales and operational staff to support a team-selling environment.
- Ensure incoming and outgoing sales leads and routing orders are followed-up on.
- Work with other sales and operational staff in the Europe to promote and gain new revenues for all
product lines.
- Assist sales team by identifying opportunities, generating interest, qualifying prospects, educating and
promoting awareness and developing new sales leads.
- Develop relationships with selected clients and prospects in order to set appointments and expand the
company's brand awareness by accurate need identification and solution positioning.
- Follow-up with new clients to ensure customer satisfaction with the service being performed.
- Support the development and implementation of assigned account Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist the sales team by identifying opportunities, generating interest, qualifying prospects, educating
and promoting awareness and developing new sales leads.
- Input sales call information into designated sales software and provide sales reports as directed by
regional management.
- Maintain a pre-determined number of target accounts and demonstrate active attention to those
accounts and progress toward closing.
- Meet sales threshold/ quota as defined.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Candidate Requirements:
Freshly graduated from a degree in marketing, sales, business development or business administration.
Experience in an international environment, especially in Brazil.
Must be able to read, write and speak English, Portuguese and Spanish fluently. Fast learner and a
proactive worker. You are not afraid to learn from others and bring innovative solutions.
