We are seeking a highly motivated Strategy and Investment Analysis to join our dynamic institutional team, working in our London office. Reporting to the Technical Advisor to the CEO, this individual will oversee the research and evaluate strategic investments in crypto projects and protocols. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic insights and operational rigor to this critical role.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Research & Due Diligence: Conduct in-depth research and due diligence on crypto projects, protocols, and opportunities, assessing their strategic value and financial returns.
Reporting & Analysis: Own the reporting and performance analysis of the strategic investments book, including creating detailed metrics, dashboards, and investment summaries.
Strategic Initiatives: Lead strategic initiatives to identify and evaluate new investment opportunities that align with the company’s broader goals and vision.
Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day oversight of investments, including monitoring participation in DeFi protocols and yield strategies.
Capture & Tracking: Maintain accurate capture, documentation, and tracking of investments, working closely with other internal teams to ensure a seamless flow of information and processes.
Collaboration: Work across teams, including the institutional custody, staking, and trading desks, to integrate and enhance the operational efficiency of the strategic investments book.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
