Sharaan Resort N.1 Project, designed by Ateliers Jean Nouvel, is a luxury resort carved directly into the sandstone cliffs of AlUla (Saudi Arabia). This iconic and unique development blends cutting-edge engineering with architectural artistry in a UNESCO World Heritage setting. As a Civil Design Coordinator, you will support a multidisciplinary and multicultural team in coordinating tunneling and excavation designs, ensuring their integration with architectural vision, constructability constraints, and safety standards for one of the most ambitious underground projects in the world. Main Responsibilities: • Coordinate civil engineering design deliverables with internal teams. • Assist in reviewing and validating technical drawings, reports, and specifications. • Contribute to the design program and ensure alignment with the project construction baseline to monitor and ensure design is delivered on time. • Participate in design reviews and technical workshops with internal and external teams. • Use design tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and BIM platforms (e.g., Dalux). • Prepare technical documentation including reports, technical memos, design changes requests, etc. • Lead technical meetings and workshops between internal and external stakeholders.
