What you will do
As a Junior Business Manager, you are a key actor in enhancing Phinest's market position and achieving our growth and vision: Human excellence dedicated to the sustainable and meaningful evolution of organizations and their ecosystems.
What will your challenges be
Business Development
· Defining your commercial strategy in line with Phinest's vision
· Ensuring that your achievements are aligned with your business objectives
· Creating business opportunities by meeting with key decision makers
· Establishing long-term partnerships with our clients
· Understanding the context and the pain points of your prospects
· Advising on solutions, negotiating and closing contracts
Human Resources
· Participating in the recruitment strategy
· Selecting & recruiting Phinest new talents
Management
· Participating in the management of a team of talented consultants
