We are looking for V.I.E’s, for our subsidiary in Croatia, working for Servier Adriatic Cluster. Description of the mission: The Digital Content & Social Media Associate supports the creation, adaptation and distribution of digital content across external and internal digital channels, with a strong focus on social media communication. The role contributes to strengthening digital presence, engagement and storytelling through effective content creation, social media management and performance analysis, while supporting internal digital communication initiatives and ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and compliance standards. Key responsibilities:  Digital Content Creation - support creation, adaptation, and planning of branded digital content across internal and external channels.  Social Media Management & Analytics - Manage, publish, monitor, and analyze corporate social media content and performance.  Internal Digital Communication - Create and manage engaging content for internal digital platforms and employee communication initiatives.  Digital Performance & Continuous Improvement - Monitor digital performance and optimize content, formats, and messaging based on insights.  Cross-functional Collaboration & Governance - Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
