Description
SATEBA is a European specialist in precast concrete for Rail and Infrastructure from High-speed lines to drainage solutions. Sateba has joined Vossloh Group in October 2025, one of the global leaders in rail infrastructure.
We are present in ten countries in Europe (France, Belgium, UK, Portugal, Poland, Estonia, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden, Finland) building on the expertise of our engineers and the commitment of our workforce to support tailored local and global markets.
- Context
Rail Baltica is an under-construction rail infrastructure project that is intended to integrate the Baltic states in the European rail network. As a EU funded project involving 3 Baltic countries, its working language is English.
Sateba plans to be an important part of the supply chain.
Sateba currently operates 2 factories (Estonia and Lithuania) and plans a capacity increase for the project.
This implies the roll out of an improvement plan that will impact all aspects of the business:
- Product: Getting the right product, duly homologated and at the right cost
- Process: Refining the manufacturing and delivery process, keeping safety, quality, and cost control as priorities
- Internal organisation & lean management: Enhancing the local know how, formalising procedures and reporting
- Procurement: Strengthening the supply chain by finding new suppliers and better contract formalization.
The project will be driven locally but the support and the expertise will come from France.
We are looking for a Project Manager to embody this improvement plan, structure it, roll it out and become its pace setter.
