Junior FP&A ANALYST (H/F)

In this role, you will be the "right hand" to the Head of Finance and FP&A Manager of CEU and NEU, specifically focusing on: • Reporting & Analysis: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, providing insights into financial trends. • Planning Cycles: Support the budgeting and forecasting processes across various departments (SC, Marketing, HR, Sales..). • Tool Development: Maintain and potentially develop advanced Excel tools to streamline financial reporting and forecasting. • Operational Tracking: Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, including specific analysis of Sell-in/Sell-out and Stock levels and Opex and PO monitoring • Month-End Support: Support and contribute to month-end closing activities, including the management of accruals across 2 different Zones (CEU and NEU). • Presentation Prep: Assist in drafting "decks" (presentations) for Global Finance and General Management for budget and forecast discussions.
