Description
Missions:
• Apply the Activities defined in the Quality strategy to ensure quality improvement in production and achieve Customer Satisfaction
• Ensure the conformance of the process to generate products to specification
Responsibilities:
• For issues detected within ANNAX production, participate to the containment and validate its robustness, declare and follow-up incidents (using Wabtec Incident Management database and 8D methodology), support the investigation and validate the robustness of the corrective action plan
• Participate to daily production QRQC and support the analysis of issues (internal and from customers)
• Support on changes of procedures for product or process change, Support on updating the quality documents following a process related change
• Support on process and product audits to detect non-respect of the standard and identify the corrective actions
• Use authority to stop an assembly line where a safety or quality risk has been detected
• Support to manage, consolidate and update the Production Quality key performance indicators
• Participate to continuous improvement activities
• Represent the voice of the customers within ANNAX on Quality matters (communication/escalation)
• Support on claim management with suppliers
• Other tasks as directed by the manager
