We’re looking for an enthusiastic Jr. IT Service Desk Engineer to join our team and learn hands-on skills that will set you up for a successful career in technology.
What you’ll do:
Work on real IT challenges and support users across the organization.
Set up and configure tech, such as Laptops, PCs, printers, phones, you’ll make it all work seamlessly.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues. From hardware to software, we’ll teach you the skills to solve problems confidently.
Explore IT systems and networks. Get involved in managing and maintaining core infrastructure from Dell, Microsoft and more.
Organize and optimize: Help track IT assets and contribute to efficient operations.
Develop documentation & simple guides that make life easier for users.
Support connectivity. Assist with networking basics like VPN and internet access.
Deliver first-level support. Be the go-to person for on-site and remote assistance.
What we’re looking for:
A passion for technology and a willingness to learn.
Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a bonus!).
Basic computer knowledge – the rest we’ll teach you.
A positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Able to lift and move computer equipment (up to 15 lbs).
A valid driving licence (Category B).
