About the Role:
As a V.I.E. Young Professional, you will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to support daily operations, help drive continuous improvement initiatives and assist with managing projects. This role will involve collaborating with various teams across Europe, supporting project execution, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
âĸ Assist the COO in the management and monitoring of daily operations, service delivery, and budget management, ensuring smooth workflows across the customer service network.
âĸ Track and analyze key operational metrics, consolidate data into dashboards and reports for the COO and management.
âĸ Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of key operational projects. Help manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies while ensuring that objectives are met.
âĸ Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and tools, supporting Lean initiatives, process standardization, and quality management within the operations department.
âĸ Act as a liaison between the COO, customer service team leaders, and other internal departments (e.g., sales, finance, MRO, IT) to ensure alignment and facilitate the exchange of information.
âĸ Assist in tracking service KPIs (e.g., on-hire/off-hire times, repair lead times) and in preparing service reviews for key customers. Follow up on major service incidents and support root cause analysis and action plans.
âĸ Support the COO in identifying risks and delays in operational projects and help coordinate risk mitigation actions with local teams.
