DEIF is a Danish company with a worldwide presence. We develop and manufactures green, safe and reliable control solutions and products for decentralized power production on land and at sea. Within its DEIF MEDITERRANEA subsidiary based in Sophia-Antipolis (France) and the new Toulouse-based branch
Poste et missions :
1) Level 1 customer support : answers given on technical questions from our customers related to commissioning and using our products by phone or through our ticket system: password issues, servers, settings, alarms, etc.
2) Business development (Technical side), visit customer with Business developer to convince the customer with technical arguments
3) Assignments : he (she) performs the commissioning of our products at our customers' sites within the geographical area covered by DEIF Mediterranea (France, Southern Europe, the Mediterranean, and Africa)
4) Projects : he (she) provides technical support to customers in designing solutions tailored to their specific needs based on our products. You propose technical solutions, create and test solution prototypes, and write the associated project documentation.
5) Training : he (she) conducts technical training on our product ranges in our premises or directly at the customer site. The time distribution of tasks will be as follows :
• 60% for ongoing project discussions and incident/customer support management.
• 30% for remote or on-site training.
• 10% for on-site product installations.
This means that the time spent on-site for product installation and training can represent 10 to 20% of the working time (equivalent to 10 on-site visits per year). Travel will primarily be within Italy
