Description
The Customer Service & Logistics CoE Specialist supports the implementation of best practices, processes, and tools across the Customer Service and Logistics functions. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
âĸ Process Analysis & Support: Assist in mapping and documenting Customer Service and Logistics processes, identifying areas for optimization and harmonization.
âĸ Data Management & Reporting: Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and performance metrics for both Customer Service and Logistics.
âĸ Project Contribution: Participate in improvement projects, including digitalization, automation, and end-to-end process integration.
âĸ Training & Adoption: Support the rollout of new tools and processes, ensuring proper adoption by local teams.
âĸ Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate communication and best practice exchange between markets and regions to promote standardization and efficiency.
