Mission:
To develop the sales of C3Medical consulting services, and participate to the succesfull local implementation of projects.
Responsibilities:
• Be the local representative of C3Medical in Eastern Europe & Central Asia ;
• Present the solutions proposed by C3Medical to potential customers and partners
• Create and develop key business opportunities in the public and private sectors for C3Medical in cooperation with local partners (distributors), and the local ecosystems (French embassy, ministries, associations, other healthcare companies, International development banks, etc.)
• Identify and manage relationships with local partners (define and follow business partner plan, train teams, manage joint prospection campaigns, organize joint customers meetings) to be able to sell and support C3Medical solutions
• Develop a sectorial watch on the region in the field of medical projects implementation opportunities financed by international financial institutions to feed the sales management teams with business opportunities
• Develop C3Medical image in the region and implement locally the marketing plan and tools defined at a global level and identify local communication opportunities
• Support the central consulting and project management team in the deployment of local projects when needed.
• Take ownership of the content of projects and tools developed by the central team in Paris

• Gross Margin Generated versus objectives
• Customer satisfaction
• Quality and extent of partner network
• Quality of support provided to the central team in the project implementations
