JUNIOR DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER M/F (H/F)

The Junior Digital Product Manager will join the Customer Service department. You will be part of a team working across the different segments of our company (Commercial Vehicles, Buses, Powertrain…) and across the world. Your team’s main missions are to identify dealers’ and customers’ pain points, develop and/or customize digital solutions with external partners, ensure their roll-out and adoption across our worldwide dealership network. You will be handled the management of one ongoing AR (Augmented Reality) project and required to support the development and launch of several GenAI projects. Augmented Reality for remote assistance, your main missions: - Ensure AR software adoption among dealership network in collaboration with local teams - Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress to scale-up B2C pilot - Track KPIs and ROI for both B2B and B2C stakeholders - Improve tool’s integration within current platforms and processes in collaboration with IT teams and external collaborators - Collect and communicate dealers’ success stories in collaboration with communication teams - Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues - Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new feature developments or projects New technologies, your main missions: - Support the roll-out of our new GenAI workshop assistant. - Support the development of AI (virtual assistants, chatbots, Natural Language Processing, speech recognition…) projects and pilots. - Assist the governance of new project initiatives within the Customer Service organization. - Improve the tracking of ongoing projects within our organization.
