To expand our business footprint in Belgium we are looking for a talented individual to join this our growing organization as Junior Business Development Manager. Being a relatively small organization, you will be directly coached by the company CEO with direct reporting to him.
Business Development Manager is a key and diversified role with 2 mains activities:

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for, sales development and recruiting.
Business Development Manager key indicatorsβ are prospection KPIs, lead & revenue generation.
-Sales Development
-Identification of potential target
-Pitch & contact in an omnichannel approach
-Get recruitment requests
-Identify & hook right candidates to answer lead requests
-Close People Recruitment
-Screen candidates, identify potential candidates through job boards searching and adverts, contact networking, referral,
-Call potential candidates to assess suitability for roles
-Make interviews and selection
-Close the hiring
-Communicate and report on activity regularly at all levels
-Update the internal database and maintaining contact with candidates
