What you will do
π Design impactful global learning programs aligned with business priorities and future skill needs.
π± Support employeesβ career growth by developing learning initiatives linked to our Career Journey framework, helping people grow into new roles and opportunities.
π Lead the creation and delivery of engaging learning experiences, working closely with our learning designers and experts.
π€ Collaborate globally with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and subject matter experts to identify key capability gaps and learning opportunities.
π Use data and insights to track program impact, measure KPIs, and continuously improve learning experiences.
π Champion a culture of learning, driving engagement and adoption of development initiatives across our global organization.
