Main Responsibilities
Market Intelligence
- Support the Head of Marketing Belgium/Netherlands in preparing market share forecasts.
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead the monthly market share reporting (Monthly Market Share Report).
- Collaborate with the French manager to build harmonized FranceβBNL reports.
Consumer & Shopper Intelligence
- Monitor consumer trends and insights.
- Support marketing and shopper teams with performance and consumer analyses.
- Manage ad hoc studies based on team needs:
Challenge internal stakeholders and help them formalize their needs.
Identify suitable research partners for each study.
Oversee brief development in collaboration with the requesting team.
Follow up on project execution and manage deliverables with the provider.
Ensure proper dissemination and lifecycle management of the study after presentation.
Data Management
- Manage the relationship with consumer and retailer panels.
- Ensure database quality and consistency with marketing teams.
- Optimize contracts based on team needs and group requirements.
- Develop automated and harmonized reports with France using available data visualization tools (Power BI) or Excel.
