A French company with a human‑scale structure based in Southern Brittany, SIIF has more than 35 years of industrial expertise and works on major international projects with leading industrial groups.
In the context of strong growth in North America, we are opening a VIE position based in Cleveland (Ohio) to accelerate our development in the United States.
The Position
As a VIE Business Development manager, you will be at the heart of SIIF’s expansion strategy in the U.S. market.
Your mission will be highly comprehensive, combining field work, technical aspects, and business development, ideal for developing a global understanding of export industrial projects.
Supported by the sales management and technical teams in France, you will be the primary point of contact for our American clients.
You will assist customers who need support in after‑sales service (spare parts), technical assistance (remote or on‑site), or technical audits. You will participate in defining customer needs and may also take part in carrying out technical missions.
You will also coordinate and schedule, with the Technical Director, SIIF personnel interventions at our clients’ sites for machine installation and/or maintenance services.
On a daily basis, you will manage after‑sales service requests and optimize the stock of wear parts and spare parts for SIIF in the United States by responding to requests and preparing shipments to American customers.
Regular travel across the United States is expected.
