About the Role
As a Java Spring developer, you will spearhead the design and development of scalable, event-driven applications, guiding a skilled team in close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. Your technical expertise in Java will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs within an Agile environment. Fluency in French (at least B2) is essential for effective teamwork across business and IT.
As a Software Development Engineer:
- Set up the code base and structure projects by establishing best development practices
- Take responsibility for critical and complex technical design, estimations, and development tasks
- Provide technical support to other developers on the team and conduct code reviews
- Ensure the continuous integration pipeline is functioning properly for the Java stack
- Contribute to technical knowledge sharing and present key technical topics to internal teams
- Document processes and development activities
- Participate in pre-sales activities related to your area of technical expertise
