Leadership Development & Communication Specialist (H/F)

The Leadership Development & Communication Specialist plays a dual strategic role in aligning human resources initiatives with business objectives while leading internal communication efforts. This position ensures strong partnership with leadership, drives people-focused solutions, and enhances organizational cohesion through clear, engaging communication. You will support both the Flat Products Europe segment with a strategic view on HR priorities, as well as the coordination and deployment of key HR and communication processes, and the Finance & IT/IS department, working in close collaboration with the HR Business Partner to deploy initiatives based on a solid understanding of operational business needs. Key Responsibilities • Deploy HR programs such as performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives. • Develop and execute internal communication strategies that support cultural alignment and change management. • Create compelling communication materials including announcements, presentations, and campaigns. • Analyze people-related metrics to support data-driven HR decisions and continuous improvement. • Support leadership communication by preparing talking points, key messages, and communication toolkits. • Prepare articles, announcements and communications campaigns.
