Description
The Leadership Development & Communication Specialist plays a dual strategic role in aligning human resources initiatives with business objectives while leading internal communication efforts. This position ensures strong partnership with leadership, drives people-focused solutions, and enhances organizational cohesion through clear, engaging communication.
You will support both the Flat Products Europe segment with a strategic view on HR priorities, as well as the coordination and deployment of key HR and communication processes, and the Finance & IT/IS department, working in close collaboration with the HR Business Partner to deploy initiatives based on a solid understanding of operational business needs.
Key Responsibilities
âĸ Deploy HR programs such as performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
âĸ Develop and execute internal communication strategies that support cultural alignment and change management.
âĸ Create compelling communication materials including announcements, presentations, and campaigns.
âĸ Analyze people-related metrics to support data-driven HR decisions and continuous improvement.
âĸ Support leadership communication by preparing talking points, key messages, and communication toolkits.
âĸ Prepare articles, announcements and communications campaigns.
