Description
Your key responsibilities:
1. Strategy design or refresh (3 months/year)
Frame and plan strategic initiatives at Group or brand level
-> Analyze internal data, client feedback, and market trends to shape options
-> Facilitate executive workshops to align on strategic choices
-> Deliver a clear, outcome-driven strategic plan with measurable OKRs
2. Strategic planning and prioritization
Lead quarterly planning sessions to translate long-term vision into 90-day execution plans
-> Consolidate initiatives into a single transformation OKR dashboard
3. Project delivery and governance
Serve as transformation partner for a specific strategic pillar: co-develop planning and support delivery
-> Coordinate monthly performance reviews and decision-making forums
-> Provide standardized playbooks, templates, and KPIs to enable consistent project execution and risk tracking
-> Offer hands-on support for critical or at-risk initiatives
-> Champion and embed change throughout the organization
4. Reporting and market insights
Prepare and facilitate Group governance meetings and Executive Committee deep-dives
-> Conduct ongoing competitive intelligence and market analysis
5. Capability development
-> Cultivate a high-performance, inclusive culture and support professional growth
