As an intrapreneur, you will operate at the crossroads of business development, talent acquisition and strategic growth, playing a key role in establishing and structuring our activity locally, while benefiting from the support and expertise of a strong international organization. It’s not always easy to summarize what an intrapreneur does at Amaris, but it’s all about operating on 3 main axes: •Business Development: The idea is steps by steps to find your own customers, by doing market analysis to identify prospects, contacting them through cold calling, organizing meetings to identify projects on which we could accompany them thanks to our expertise. •Recruitment of a team of consultants: As a Business Developer, you will recruit a team of consultants, by finding and attracting the best talents with the right expertise and skillset. You’ll oversee the follow-up of the projects and of the satisfaction of the consultants once they joined the group. •Administration of the Business Unit: Your objective will be to make sure the Business Unit is profitable. You will analyse your Profit and Loss to detect potential business issues and build an adequate action plan to optimize Turnover and Contributive Margin
