VIE Digital Reporting Officer Estonia H/F (H/F)

Rail Baltica is a greenfield rail transport infrastructure project with the goal of integrating the Baltic states into the European rail network. The project involves five European Union countries – Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and indirectly also Finland. It will connect the cities of Helsinki, Tallinn, Pärnu, Riga, Panevėžys, Kaunas, Vilnius, and Warsaw. We are currently looking for an intern to support the Situational Awareness and Data Management Teams with the administration of digital reporting tools, data collection, Power BI dashboard support, and preparation of regular reports. Key Responsabilities: - Support preparation and updating of Power BI dashboards (administrative tasks). - Collect and organize data for regular situational awareness and KPI reporting. - Assist with updating visual management tools and timesheets. - Provide administrative support for training sessions on digital tools. - Document feedback sessions and help with implementation of improvements. - Coordinate between technical and non-technical staff to clarify data requirements.
